Angie Thomas Becomes PAM Office Manager

In 2004, Angie Thomas smiles with Cosmo at the Edwin Smith Hinckley Scholarship 50th anniversary celebration.

BYU Performing Arts Management welcomes Angie Thomas as the new office manager. She replaces Karla Schmidt, who is retiring. Thomas is a lifelong BYU fan. She received a bachelor’s degree in marriage, family, and human development and a master’s degree in public administration, both from BYU. Previously she worked at BYU’s Admissions Office, International Admissions Office, and Financial Aid Office.

Most recently she was the office manager at the BYU History Department. Thomas is a Utah native and served a mission in the Russia Novosibirsk Mission. In her free time she likes to eat BYU cookies and cream ice cream, read, be around friends, enjoy the outdoors, and go to plays. “I enjoy going to the BYU performances,” says Thomas. “The students are so talented and amazing!”
