BYU Theatre Ballet is going northwest by north for their 2019 tour. Beginning at the Regional Dance America Pacific Festival in Spokane, Washington, the company will participate in master classes, workshops, seminars, and panel discussions over the course of four days with other university dance troupes from around the West. The festival will be held at the Spokane Convention Center and First Interstate Center for the Arts.
Along with attending the festival, Theatre Ballet will perform in Clarkston, Astoria, Kennewick, Spokane, and Sherwood. These five performances will span Washington and Oregon.
Theatre Ballet members will also sightsee, which will include a zip-lining experience and a trip to Oregon’s Cannon Beach. The group will then give one final concert in Ontario, Oregon, at the Four Rivers Cultural Center.
